So I got a new computer yesterday which had windows 8.1 installed. I have used the MSN Money app on other computers with full functionality but I encountered a problem. Within the app in the "My Money" section it normally allows you to add in your financial accounts from brokerages such as ETrade, John Hancock, Ameritrade, etc. but instead it was just blank. I tried closing and re-opening the app, which didn't work. I then tried uninstalling and re-installing, that also didn't work. I even tried seeking updates for the app and found nothing.
I would really like to use this feature of the app and couldn't find any resolutions to the issue on the forums. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, has anyone found a resolution? Could it just be some incompatibility with Windows 8.1? Will it maybe be fixed when Windows 10 comes out at the end of the month? Any help is greatly appreciated!
