Money 2006 not working with Windows 10

I just upgraded my OS to Windows 10.  All of a sudden, Microsoft Money 2006 is no longer working. I'm getting the error message: "Money requires Internet Explorer 6 to function properly.  Please reinstall Internet Explorer 6 so these components can be added."  I've checked the forums and found the following solution for Microsoft Money Sunset "

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE|Wow6432NODE\Microsoft\INTERNETEXPLORER

In Right Pane look for Version Registry Value.

Modify value date from 9.11.10240.16384 to 9.11.10240.0"  I've done this, but it doesn't work (different version of MS Money?)  Does anyone have any ideas?
