MS Money Plus cannot open in Windows 10

Last night I downloaded the new Windows 10. Everything seems to have ported over safely and working properly EXCEPT ONE APPLICATION . I cannot open my MS Money Plus app. I use it exclusively OFF LINE to manage my money etc. When I try to open it, a dialogue box comes up and says " MONEY REQUIRES INTERNET EXPLORER 6 TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. PLEASE REINSTALL INTERNET EXPLORER 6 SO THESE COMPONENTS CAN BE ADDED" . I dont even know whther IE 6 even exists. What the heck??   HELP!!!
