AT&T Universal Card and OFX

Does anyone know if there is a current method of accessing AT&T Universal card OFX directly?  I had been using the citicard settings successfully and now, even though it seems to pass the test in setup.py, no data is downloaded.  This has been the case for quite some time, perhaps as long as a year.
