Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening for where ever you are.
My computer crashed, well I had a virus, so I took it into my computer shop who backed up all of my programs and sorted out the computer, (sorry don't know all of the jargon), anyway, I have been using ms money since about 1999, never updated or anything, just backed up and whenever I got a new computer I just installed the disc and away I went BUT this time it is different, I now cannot get the backup which is on my desktop and also a copy in my PASSPORT to install into the money program, it tells me fill name invalid....
I have got ms money to look for: restore from hard drive previous back up, so it searches previous back ups, then when I click on one it says where do i want to save it too but I cannot find money. I am sure this does not make sense at all and sorry if it does not.
I am so frustrated, all of my business stuff for the last 12 years or so is on it. Please can someone help me but make it as simple as possible because even if it is simple I can still mess it up quite easily. :)
