MS Money 2007 crashes during Import of OFX File from Citi Cards and Affinity FCU

Hi, I am updating my MS Money 2007 file to bring it up to date.  The import worked for one credit union (Genisys), but crashes when I import data from CitiCards or Affinity FCU. It worked in the past for these banks. I see the message 'Import Complete'. When I click the Ok button, MS Money crashes. After that every time I open MSMoney, after log in, it shows the same message 'Import Complete' and crashes. I have tried both methods of Import from within software and by double-clicking on the file. Same results.  To get rid of the error that appears as soon as MSMoney opens, I restore from backup before logging in, uninstall MS Money, reinstall it, and then run it as Administrator. But then again as soon as I try to import, the issue happens.  It does not crash with the OFX file from Genisys Credit Union.  I checked the CitiCards OFX file with the OFX Analyzer and got the following output:

*** All line number references do not include header lines ***
***OFX 1.02 Add ~10
***OFX 2.0 Add ~2

So, I am guessing that all is ok with the OFX file.

The Citicards OFX file has 36 transactions, and the Affinity one has about 15.

I have blocked the internet for MSMoney and have moved out all except Favorite Accounts.

I have not replaced any dll or registry entry. Do I need to?

Would appreciate any help anyone can provide. I am using Windows 10.

Thanks,

Gopal
