Occasionally, and increasingly frequently, I get an error message when shutting down my PC, Money being one of the open programs. This has only happened since buying a new PC running Windows 8.
The error reads:
Not enough memory is available. If you have several applications open at the same time, you might need to close one of them before starting Money.
When I click OK, I get another error box:
Please finish with the current task before closing Microsoft Money.
When I click OK, I get the first error message again, and so on and so on.
The only way to close MS Money and shut down the PC is to use Task Manager which, in itself appears to be a bit of black art in Windows 8. Any thoughts or solutions, please anyone?
